All Ideal Nutrition meals are delivered in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs to ensure they stay at a safe, refrigerated temperature until you arrive home.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our couriers are instructed to leave your package at your doorstep or with your building's concierge if applicable.
Are your ingredients organic and locally sourced?

How do I heat up my meals?
Our containers are microwave-safe. Simply remove the lid and heat for 2-3 minutes, or transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F until warm.
